  • Santa is Real is a live Christmas Eve event built around seven magical stories that prove Santa is real, using simple weather science kids can understand.

  • Throughout the night, families receive live reports from Santa’s sleigh, including moments where children’s names and photos appear on screen for families who choose those options. The show also features live Santa tracking, helping kids know exactly when Santa is getting close to the United States.

  • As Santa approaches, the show gently shifts into a calmer, cozier tone, creating a happy, excited bedtime and a peaceful end to Christmas Eve.

Show Rundown

Story 1: The jet stream superhighway
Through simple weather science and colorful visuals, kids learn how Santa uses powerful high-altitude winds to travel the globe faster than any airplane. Parents love that curiosity is rewarded without breaking the magic.

A magical welcome that grabs attention without overwhelming
The show opens live from Santa’s Flight Center with a warm, playful welcome from Ric and one big question: Is Santa real? Kids are pulled in immediately, while parents appreciate the gentle pacing.

Story 4 and 5: Radar mysteries and the chimney microburst phenomenon
Families see unusual Christmas Eve radar signals and learn how Santa safely enters and exits homes using a gentle burst of air. Science calls them anomalies. Kids call it proof.

We will check in on Santa’s journey several times throughout the show, watching him move across the world and inch closer to the United States.
